THE Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) has "three days" to settle the balance of its debt to the Philippine Red Cross (PRC), Sen. Richard Gordon, concurrent PRC chairman, said on Wednesday.

Gordon said the state insurer still owes the organization P561 million or about half of its P1.1 billion debt to the organization. The amount is equivalent to 160,475 confirmatory swab tests for the new coronavirus.
