THE National Capital Region (NCR) or Metro Manila will remain under general community quarantine (GCQ) from November 1 to 30, President Rodrigo Duterte said on Tuesday.
He made the announcement in a taped address to the nation following a meeting with the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.
