President Rodrigo Duterte has allowed the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) to investigate the country’s ambassador to Brazil, Marichu Mauro, who was alleged to have maltreated her Filipina household help, Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said on Thursday.
