THE Chinese Embassy in Manila on Saturday announced that starting November 7, all passengers who are traveling from the Philippines to China need to apply for a green health code with the “HS” mark or a certified health declaration form before boarding the flight.
The purpose of this test is to contain and reduce cross-border transmission of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
