SEN. Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go urged student leaders to participate in nation building as he pledged his commitment to ensure students’ welfare and access to quality education.
“Mga kabataan, bagama’t hirap tayo ngayon dahil sa krisis na dulot ng Covid-19 (coronavirus disease 2019), huwag po kayo mawalan ng pag-asa dahil hindi namin kayo pababayaan (these are difficult times but do not lose hope, we will take care of your welfare,” Go said when he attended the virtual induction of the Supreme Student Government, Campus Club and Organization officers at the Surigao del Sur State University in Tandag City.
