MALACAÑANG is confident that the country's relations with the United States (US) will remain unchanged regardless of who wins the 2020 US presidential elections.
Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said although there was a "personal relation" between President Rodrigo Duterte and US President Donald Trump, he was confident the Filipino leader could develop "equally warm personal relations" with Democrat Joe Biden, if he ended up winning the White House race.
