Close to more than 300 elementary and secondary school children were recently admonished by Zamboanga del Sur First District Representative Divina Grace Yu to value government learning opportunities through the Special Program for Employment for Students (SPES).
Rep. Yu issued her advice to the youngsters from her area of responsibility – comprising the capital city of Pagadian and the municipalities of Molave, Aurora, Tambulig, Josefina, Ramon Magsaysay and Labangan – during the signing late last month and SPES orientation at the provincial capitol.
