TWO more fatalities have been removed by the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) and were reclassified as missing persons caused by Super Typhoon “Rolly” (international name: “Goni”).
In its report as of late Wednesday night, OCD Bicol said from the 19 fatalities in the regional record, the figures were brought down to 17 after deleting two deaths from Guinobatan, Albay.
