LEGAZPI CITY: Albay Gov. Al Francis Bichara has sought help from national and international institutions to support the needs of families affected by recent typhoons and coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
On Friday, Bichara said the province has only P26 million remaining calamity fund this year as it braced for more weather disturbances that according to him, could threaten Bicol Region until January next year.
