The country's privacy watchdog has started investing the lisensya.info website for a possible data breach involving motorists registered with the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
In a statement on Wednesday, the National Privacy Commission (NPC) said it was already working with the data protection officer of the transportation agency after the latter filed its initial breach notification report on Tuesday.
