The University of the Philippines (UP) System has decided not to hold the UP College Admission Test (Upcat) for Academic Year 2021-2022.
Citing a recent memorandum on its website on Tuesday, University Councils (UCs) from the eight constituent universities (CUs) of the UP System unanimously decided to forego the entrance exam for the state university.
