Floodwaters swamp most of Metro Manila from continuous rains that have been dumped by Typhoon 'Ulysses' (international name: Vamco) since the night of Nov. 11, 2020. Residents of Aracity Village in Tinajeros, Malabon City wade through floodwaters. Rescue workers paddle to the Zapote Flyover at the boundary of Las Pinas City and Bacoor, Cavite, to reach residents trapped in the area. In Marikina, residents scramble on the rooftops of their flooded homes. Those living in 1K2 in Kasiglahan Village, Barangay San Jose, Rodriguez were moved to evacuation centers as of 4:15 a.m. on Nov. 12, 2020.
