TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: SM Foundation and the SM Tuguegarao Downtown donated relief packs to 1,400 families in different areas of the province on Nov. 17.
The foundation responded to the call of the Cagayanos for help as the flood water receded. The Bloggers of Tuguegarao distributed 300 bottled water for the displaced residents of Barangay Balzain. While two truckloads were distributed to Cathedral Gym and East Central Elementary School evacuees.
