ABOUT 2.15 million retirees belonging to the Social Security System (SSS) are still waiting for the second tranche of a pension increase, according to a lawmaker representing the elderly.
Senior Citizens party-list Rep. Rodolfo Ordanes said the P1,000-monthly pension hike was supposed to have been released in January 2019.
