Global beauty brand Mary Kay is offering customers at home with a slick new way to get proper beauty and skincare advice through its Beauty 2.0 app. In the updated version to be released this month, the skin analyzer app can now determine skin types and conditions in just a few clicks through the help of a Mary Kay independent beauty consultant or IBC.

The new feature called Photo Analysis allows IBCs to easily connect with customers and guide them in the selection and purchase of beauty and skincare essentials that could to address their concerns. In three easy steps — shoot, upload, and connect — customers are able to get the personal and expert service experience of Mary Kay through this virtual skin analysis.
