IF IT doesn’t add value to a product or system, then treat it as waste. That statement came from American industrialist Henry Ford (1863-1947) who established Ford Motor that pioneered and successfully developed the mass production system. That was in 1913 when Ford had dramatically reduced the production time of Model T from more than 12 hours to one hour and 33 minutes per unit.

Indeed, that was a commendable feat during that time.
