Dear PAO,

Back in the 1980s, our late father engaged the services of the deceased father of our present tenant to cultivate our rice farm with an area of five hectares. The arrangement was that every harvest, our father and the tenant would divide the net produce of the farm. We continued the practice until today. My siblings and I plan to eject the present tenant because in the first place we are the owners, and secondly, there is no contract to prove their tenancy. Is this possible?
