A top Philippine diplomat sees the country benefiting from the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement it signed with its neighbors in the region.
Signing the RCEP with the Philippines were other member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean), China, Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
