ZAMBOANGA CITY: Three Abu Sayyaf terrorists were killed in a sea clash Wednesday morning with police forces off Zamboanga City in southern Philippines, officials said later in the day.
Officials said police commandos intercepted the trio travelling on a speedboat near the Muslim village of Taluksangay. The terrorists opened fire with commandos, sparking a firefight that eventually killed all of them.
