The House of Representatives elected DIWA Party-list Rep. Michael Edgar Aglipay as chairman of the Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability.
Aglipay was elected on Wednesday, replacing Bulacan 1st District Rep. Jose Antonio Sy-Alvarado, a supporter of ousted Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano.
