President Rodrigo Duterte warned human rights groups not to “tinker with the drug problem” in the Philippines, reiterating that human rights issues over his anti-narcotic war were his concern.
In his public address aired over state-run PTV-4 late Monday night, Duterte said human rights groups could instead help by convincing drug offenders to stop using the illegal substance.
