Condonation may absolve the adulteress wife

Dear PAO,

I am an overseas Filipino worker and I received information that my wife was having an affair with another man. When I went home last January, I booked a couple’s tour to a known tourist destination in the country so that my wife and I could talk personally about the information I received. However, I never had the chance to bring the matter during our tour; instead we were sexually intimate as if we were just married. A day before my departure for my work abroad, I asked her about her affair and this ended in an intense fight. I already decided then to sue her and her paramour, as I was just gathering enough evidence. Please enlighten me on the matter.
