This comes after the Quezon City Regional Trial Court ordered arrest warrants to be issued against former Health secretary Janette Garin and Sanofi-Pasteur's Stanislas Camart, Jean Louis Grunwald and Jean Francois Vacherand for reckless imprudence resulting in homicide for the deaths of Marc-Axl Eboña and Zandro Colite.
