CAGRARAY ISLAND, BACACAY, Albay: Survivors of Typhoon “Rolly” (international name: “Goni”) in this municipality have yet to fully return to their normal lives but are trying hard to move on from the impact of the calamity.
One of the survivors is Salvacion Esleta, 36, mother of nine and a resident of Purok 1, Cabasan Village. One of her daughters, Vanessa, aged 10, was hit by an uprooted coconut tree, which severely fractured her right arm.
