CAGAYAN Gov. Manuel Mamba has issued a public apology for any negative statements he made at a recent Senate Committee hearing.
“There are no extremists among the Muslims who reside in Cagayan province, I was just not able to further elaborate what I meant,” he said, adding that the Muslim community in Cagayan, especially in Tuguegarao City, had a good relationship with him.
