MOSCOW: The United States has arrogantly ignored Russia’s proposals to resolve the issues involving its withdrawal from the open skies policy, while insisting that its grievances be addressed immediately, even though we responded to these concerns on numerous occasions.
This was the comment of Russia following US’ abrupt withdrawal from the open skies agreement last Nov. 22, 2020.
