Technology and innovation are driven by algorithms so secretive and boring that no great stories and narratives can be squeezed and spun out of their grandest product rollout. Tech products turn out the kind of literature that attracts a specific readership cohort: the nerds and the techies. Tech write-ups can never reach the broad audience of, say, our komiks.

That is a universal thing. I don’t think even the country’s mainstream journalists take much interest in tech news, unless the story is about a new phone release written in the most ordinary language.
