Steniel Manufacturing Corp. (STN) filed on Nov. 20, 2020 the results of the reorganization of the company. The group chose Nixon Y. Lim as chairman, president and chief executive officer (CEO). Elected with Lim were Eliza C. Macuray, vice president, chief finance officer and chief audit executive; Phil Ivan A. Chan, corporate secretary, corporate information officer and compliance officer; Daniel Roy D. Amorin, assistant corporate secretary and assistant corporate information officer; and Kenneth George D. Wood, lead independent director.

The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) website placed 1 billion common shares, with P1 par value. In it, it listed STN’s seven-man board, namely, Mark O. Vergara, chairman; Lim, director and, at the same time, president and CEO; Esteban C. Cu, director; Macuray, director, vice president and chief financial officer. It had three independent directors (IDs) with Wood as lead ID, Adam Anthony S. Cabe 3rd and Rhea M. Alarpan.
