Dear PAO,

My son is a college student who is currently studying in a reputable university in our country. Although he is 19 years old, he remains dependent on us with his school allowances and tuition fees. Recently, we learned that he joined various organizations, which greatly affected his studies. To our mind, it is best that he turns away from these affiliations. I know that there is nothing illegal with what the groups or associations were espousing, nonetheless we are worried that this may affect our son’s future and studies. Can we legally compel my son to stop seeing these groups?
