SUBIC BAY FREEPORT: At least 25 workers of a business process outsourcing (BPO) firm based here tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) after attending two separate parties recently, the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) announced on Wednesday.
“As of the latest count, 25 employees have tested positive for Covid-19 infection. The rest of the 40 workers had to be placed on quarantine,” SBMA Chairman and Administrator Wilma Eisma said in a statement.
