THE camp of Sen. Manny Pacquiao claims that his assumption of the presidency of the ruling PDP-Laban party is not an indication of an impending presidential bid in 2022. It’s too early to talk about it, according to the party’s Executive Director Ron Munsayac. However, the senator sounded like a candidate already when he spoke about going against corruption and taking up the cudgels for the poor.
