THE country’s largest real estate and housing developers group expressed support for the immediate passage of the proposed Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives Reform Act (Create), which is poised to be the largest fiscal stimulus program for the recovery and continuity of businesses, negatively affected by the Covid-19 pandemic through the enhancement of the country’s overall ability “to attract highly desirable investments that will serve public interest,” including home acquisition by the millions of homeless.
