Gov. Dakila Carlo Cua said cracks were noticed in several houses and other structures in the upland village of San Pugo in Nagtipunan town since the onslaught of Typhoon “Ulysses” (international name: “Vamco”) and are now in danger of being buried because of further soil liquefaction if severe natural disasters will again occur.
