The Philippine military has long been fighting terrorism, and the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic is not making its task easier.
Department of National Defense (DND) spokesman Arsenio Andolong admitted to The Manila Times the defense and military establishments are “hard pressed” in dealing with terrorism because of the pandemic.
