“I don’t care!”
These were the last words uttered by Sonya Gregorio before she was felled by two bullets fired by Police SMS Jonel Nuezca on that fateful Saturday, December 19. This was her final act of defiance in response to Nuezca’s daughter, who told her. “My father is a policeman!” Her defiance cost not only her life, but also the life of her son, Frank Anthony.
