DAVAO CITY: The city government here has inaugurated the P10-million newly completed temporary residential facility for former members of the communist New People’s Army (NPA) who have surrendered to authorities.
The Kalinaw Village is a residential facility located within the headquarters of the Philippine Army’s 1003rd Infantry Brigade in Barangay Mahayag. It was funded by the Davao City government and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
