The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) filed another complaint against former Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) President Ricardo Morales and several officials of the agency in connection with the alleged irregular use of Interim Reimbursement Mechanism (IRM) funds.

Also charged were PhilHealth officials Arnel de Jesus, Renato Limsiaco, Israel Pargas, Gregorio Rulloda, Imelda Trinidad de Vera, Lolita Tuliao, Gemma Sibucao, Lailani Padua, Cynthia Camacho, Recto Panti, Maricar Barangtay, and Victoria Gatuz.
