During a Management Association of the Philippines meeting and induction ceremony, Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd told attendees that “over the past 10 months, the Duterte administration acted quickly to provide immediate relief to the most vulnerable sectors and to rescue enterprises put under extreme distress. We responded not only to address the public health crisis, but also to contain the economic fallout caused by it.”
