An internet monitoring group expressed doubts on the capacity of Dito Telecommunity (Dito Telecom), the country’s third telco, to fulfill its vow to provide fast connection speed.
Dito Telecom plans to launch commercially in March to compete with PLDT Inc. and Globe Telecom.
