LA TRINIDAD, Benguet: Alleged informal settlers have built structures within the property of the state-run Benguet State University (BSU)’s over the past several decades that stalled the implementation of vital development projects.

Engrineer Feliciano de los Santos, director of BSU’s Land Reservation Office, said about 200 hectares of the institution’s more than 605-hectare land area are considered to be clear from encroachment of informal settlers.
