PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has no plans to run again in 2022 elections, his chief legal counsel Salvador Panelo said on Friday.
Panelo had floated the idea of a Duterte-Duterte tandem in 2022 with Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio running for president and Duterte sliding to vice president.
