The Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) has vowed to increase scholarships being given to Indigenous Peoples (IP) communities with the continued funding of Republic Act 10931, the “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act,” through the 2021 General Appropriations Act (GAA).
