Mineski Philippines is set to open the second leg of the National Interschool Cyber League (NICL) featuring Valve’s MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) PC game Defense of the Ancients 2 (DOTA 2).
The second run of the NICL's regional qualifiers is open to teams consisting of senior high school and college students aged 16 to 22.
