THE FIRST few days of 2021 saw a multitude of ABS-CBN supporters in a jubilant mood as Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto 3rd sought to file a bill granting anew the beleaguered network another 25-year franchise.
Batangas 6th District Representative Vilma Santos-Recto shortly announced to refile the same bill with the Lower House. Outside the Senate, Senator Bong Revilla Jr. echoed the same move at a thanksgiving event.
