Parts of Mindanao suffered power interruptions early this week after two National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) transmission lines were tripped.
Pilferage of transmission line parts caused Tower 60 of the grid operator’s Balo-i-Aurora 137-kilovolt (kV) line in Lanao del Norte province’s Tangcal municipality to topple.
