TWO village officials who were held captive by the New People's Army (NPA) were executed in Aroroy town in Masbate, the Philippine National Police (PNP) reported on Wednesday.
Gen. Debold Sinas, PNP Chief, identified the victims as Victorino Bravo 3rd, a village kagawad or councilor, and Arnel Retanan, a village watchman or tanod of Barangay Cabas-an.
