Sitel Group, a global leader in end-to-end customer experience (CX) products and solutions, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pateros Technological College (PTC) to provide its world-class brand of business outsourcing and communication training to PTC students. The program will be made available to over 1,000 first and second-year students from 28 classes across the various disciplines in the college.
