MIGRANT workers in South East Asia’s fishing and seafood processing sectors will benefit from a new program that continues efforts to promote regular and safe labor migration throughout the industry.
“Ship to Shore Rights South East Asia” is a four-year (2020 to 2024) program implemented by the International Labor Organization (ILO) in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration and the United Nations Development Programme. The 10-million-euro ($11.29-million) initiative is funded by the European Union.
