BY hosting or agreeing to a clandestine meeting on Wednesday night with vaccine czar Carlito Galvez Jr. and discussing the vaccine issue with him, Senate President Vicente Sotto 3rd did a grave disservice to the Senate and his peers. It could render moot the public hearing on the vaccine program that is set at the Senate today, January 22.
