Filipino NBA prospect Kai Sotto announced on Thursday he will join Gilas Pilipinas in the February window of the FIBA Asia Cup Qualifiers in Clark, Pampanga.
"I'm heading home soon," said the 18-year-old Sotto in a video he posted on Instagram.
